OM4B has a X-Y translation machine on the cantilever, so the head of the operation microscope can move left, right, forward and back. The optics system is a copy of OM4A.

OM4B operation microscope can be used in Orthopedics, Plastic, Hand surgery and Ophthalmology surgery.
