It is used for anterior segment diagnosis. Retina Lens (90D) is used to find the retina.
Metal and plastic models are optional.

OPERATION STEPS
1. Taking the Adapter out from the box.
2. Putting the phone into the Adapter case, and adjust the phone camera together with the hole in the back of Adapter, then tighten.
3. Rotating tightly the whole part into one Eyepiece of Slit Lamp to keep it not moving, then open the camera in the phone to photo.
